Joyce Pannell has been a licensed real estate agent in Kansas and Missouri for over 14 years. In 1993, Joyce was the “Rookie Salesperson of the Year” for the largest real estate agency in Kansas City. She specializes in country property, particularly family ranches. Involved in every step of the home buying-and-selling processes, Joyce enjoys working with developers on large parcels of land, to make sure everything is just right for her clients. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Joyce was an entrepreneur. Not only did she own her own clothing store, but she ran the family grocery store as well. Yet, her proudest accomplishment is raising her three wonderful children with her loving husband and partner, Gary. These days, Joyce's greatest joy comes from helping people achieve their dreams and making lasting friendships along the way. |

Similar to wife Joyce, Gary Pannell has been a licensed real estate agent in Kansas and Missouri for over 14 years. His vast knowledge of zoning and rural development is a key component of The Pannell/Malina Group, and he's been a part of local government and zoning boards for quite some time. Working closely with the Johnson County commissioners and county planners, Gary is constantly tuned in to the needs of the surrounding communities. He knows how to prepare his clients for the ever-altering real estate market. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Gary was a national sales and marketing manager, and he has been associated with The Gideons International Organization for the last twenty years. |

Following in her parents' footsteps, Micquelyn has been a licensed real estate agent in Kansas and Missouri for over nine years. The youngest daughter of Joyce and Gary, Micquelyn brings to The Pannell/Malina team a thorough knowledge of marketing, contract negotiation, and servicing the team's listings. A Cum Laude graduate of Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO, Micquelyn has a bachelors degree in marketing. She currently lives in Overland Park with her husband and two daughters. In her spare time, Micquelyn enjoys running, cycling, and competing in triathlons. |
